Following a European consultation launched by the city of Luxembourg among property developers, investors and architects, Codic was chosen by the authorities for it project to redevelop the Royal-Hamilius block at the heart of Luxembourg’s capital city.
Codic’s aim is to meet the aspirations of Luxembourg’s inhabitants and contribute to the city’s international renown by reinforcing its commercial appeal and highlighting its cultural and historic heritage.
The project was designed by the architects Foster + Partners in partnership with Tetra Kayser, on the basis of a unique concept that associates shops, services, offices, housing and parking, while leaving a large part to public spaces.
