‘Waterloo Atrium’ is more than a name; it is the combination of two significant ideas.
$The first term refers to an ideal location to the south of Brussels, next to Waterloo Office Park, developed by Codic.
The second term evokes a contemporary style of architecture that captures the light, creating effects within the building.
Waterloo Atrium evokes a strong image combining luxury architecture, top-level comfort and maximum flexibility.
The building’s two wings, with their curtain wall facades, are placed side by side with one of them jutting out slightly. They are linked by a covered atrium that fills all the offices with natural light. The upper levels are connected by footbridges.
